About Dave’s Hot Chicken

It was founded by four childhood friends Dave Kopushyan, Arman Oganesyan, Tommy Rubenyan, and Gary Rubenyan—in May 2017 in Los Angeles, California. They started with a small street food stand in a parking lot in East Hollywood. Their struggle and hot chicken quickly gained popularity, especially after being featured on the food blog Eater Los Angeles.
Dave’s Hot Chicken is known for its Nashville-style hot chicken, and it has grown rapidly, with over 200 locations across the United States, Canada, and the Middle East as of 2024.
